Target Practice

I kid you not, I was coming home from work and saw this car with this strange box in the back window. At first I thought it was some sort of owl eyes - but as I got closer I read the box and it said - Targets.
I don't know if having targets in your back window is such a good idea. At least it's not hunting season I guess.
