Take Down

I went to Chapel Hill tonight to have dinner with one of my dearest friends - Shelly. Luckily she comes up every few months for training, so we get to do this on a regular basis. After dinner, we went to the Southpoint Mall to do a little looking and we saw more than we expected.

Even though this mall is 'technically' in Durham, it's on the border with Chapel Hill. It's a very nice mall with upscale stores and restaurants. So when we saw this kid getting cuffed, we were a little shocked.
I know the pic is blurry - but we were driving and I thought it rude to stop and gawk while getting the pic.
