Handi-capable

I get a little miffed when I see non-handicapped people using handicap parking spots. Especially the ones that are ashamed to drive around with the handicap rear view mirror hanger - until they pull into a front row spot. And then they hop out of the car and run inside their oh so important store. But today we went out for lunch and saw an obviously handicapped person using the special parking spot - I'm so glad they got the one in front and not someone who doesn't really need it.
