Excess & Overcompensation

You know how some people like to try to overcompensate for their own perceived faults. Well I have a coworker that is a really nice guy, likes to fish, really laid back, likes Bojangles....a good guy. But he's small for a guy - about 5'7" and 130 lbs soaking wet - and this is what he drives:
I'm thinking he may have an issue with his lack of stature - and he's not latino or 'texican.'
