Rice Boy or Oil Boy?

I see my share of Rice Boys in Raleigh - more than I had thought I would see. But I don't usually see any that look like they have dry ice sitting in their mega exhaust pipes.
Look closely at the tailpipe. I wonder if this is intentional or if he just likes burning oil.
