Dead or Alive?

On our ride home from DC, we saw quite a few sights. But this one has me puzzled. Look really closely at the passenger (you may have to click on it to get a larger version - and then squint a little):
Is she:

1. Doing travel yoga
2. Sleeping awkwardly
3. Dead

I'm hoping it's #2 - but who sleeps like that in a car?

Murphy's Law? Not so much...

This would only be considered true Murphy's Law if this car were broken down in the middle of the road - holding up the holiday traffic.
